Welcome to Storium. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Services

 

Storium provides digital design, mobile application development, and software maintenance services. The specific scope of work is defined in your selected package (Starter, Growth, or Scale) or a custom proposal.

 

2. Intellectual Property

 

Upon full payment of all fees, you (the Client) obtain full ownership rights to the final code, designs, and assets created for your project. Storium retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

 

3. Payments

 

• Project-Based: A deposit is required to commence work, with the balance due upon project completion or milestones.

• Subscriptions: Maintenance plans are billed monthly and can be canceled with 30 days' notice.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

 

Storium works to the highest professional standards, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered software.
