Refund Policy

At Storium, we strive for excellence in every pixel and line of code. However, we understand that circumstances change. Here is our policy regarding refunds:

 

1. Design & Discovery Phase

 

If you wish to cancel your project before the design or wireframing process has begun (typically within 3 days of purchase), you are eligible for a full refund.

 

2. Development Phase

 

Once the design is approved and coding has commenced, the project deposit is non-refundable. This covers the labor and resources already allocated to your project.

 

3. Maintenance Subscriptions

 

  • You may cancel your monthly maintenance subscription at any time.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

 

4. Dispute Resolution

 

If you are unhappy with the quality of work, please contact help@storium.space. We are committed to working with you to resolve issues and ensure the final product meets the agreed-upon specifications.
